Effective Learning

In order to make the students have an effective learning process, teachers must consider some aspects as:

1. Every student is different, so they learn and behave in a different way.
2. Each student has a identity.
3. All students have previous experiences that have shapped their personality.

To have an effective learning in the students, teachers have to use al the resources available as new tecniques and methods. Teachers must understand that students change as the time passes, so the teaching style has to give the students the necessary tools for them to develop their skills. One important concept for this is motivation; if the students are motivated, they are going to enjoy the class and that is the best thing that can happen beacuse in that way, the students are going to want to learn more and more topics. Teachers cannot motivate students without knowing their students’ interests, so the teacher have to be aware of the needs and background of very one in the classroom to know how to motivate them; of course, the teacher is not going to run a different activity for every student, but he/she can develop activities that integrate the needs of the students.
